LASIK Coordinator
Your journey begins with our coordinator Lynsey. She will schedule and conduct your complimentary consultation. During this time she will review the procedure, gather your health history and perform a series of diagnostic tests. Lynsey is deeply knowledgeable about our different options and will be able answer any questions that you have; she will go over pricing and schedule your surgical appointments.
Lynsey is very thorough, thoughtful and outgoing and puts a great deal of energy into making sure our patients feel comfortable and leave smiling.

Dr. Parekh is the area’s first Board Certified, Fellowship Trained LASIK Surgeon offering Bladeless “All Laser” LASIK. He has been a pioneer in this procedure, and was one of the first to perform Bladeless LASIK in Central and Western PA.
Perhaps even more importantly, he is exceptionally skilled in the latest surgical techniques for multiple forms of vision correction. Not everyone is the ideal LASIK candidate–some patients are well suited to LASIK, while others are better served by PRK, or ICL (implantable contact lens) or RLE (refractive lens exchange); you can rest assured that you’re getting the right treatment custom tailored to your eyes, giving you the best possible outcome.
Clinical Director
Dr. Talone has set forth the vision for The Laser Center of Central Pennsylvania. By a combination of using the latest technology, conducting thorough patient screening and post-operative follow up, we ensure the best outcome for correction while prioritizing eye health. Personalized treatment, and personalized care leave our patients the healthiest and most satisfied with their procedures.
In addition to his duties as clinical director he will see patients for pre and post operative appointments. He is also an optometrist with Nittany Eye Associates located in State College.
Paraoperative Specialist
As a perioperative specialist, Dr. Trego will see patients for appointments both before and after surgery. He will make recommendations for certain procedures and monitor the healing process over time. His thorough detail and friendly demeanor will leave you confident and comfortable with your decision.
In addition to his responsibilities with The Laser Center of Central Pennsylvania he is an optometrist with Nittany Eye Associates practicing out of Port Matilda and State College.
Paraoperative Specialist
As a perioperative specialist, Dr. Brown will see patients for appointments both before and after surgery. He will make recommendations for certain procedures and monitor the healing process over time. Dr. Brown comes from an extensive science background and has exceptional bedside manner. He is one of the many reasons that patients have an amazing experience with us.
