Dr. Aleena Jose, O.D., is dedicated to helping patients see and feel their best through personalized, compassionate eye care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry. Dr. Jose also completed a residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease, where she gained advanced experience in diagnosing and managing a variety of eye conditions.
Her professional interests include caring for patients with glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and dry eyes, as well as fitting contact lenses and focusing on preventative eye health. Dr. Jose is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and Mid-Counties Optometric Association, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing learning and excellence in optometry.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr. Jose recently moved to State College with her husband and dog to start an exciting new chapter. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
